• Sell your significantly modified version as your own product or service.
• Use products in unlimited client projects (subject to the license terms of each product).

Prohibited Uses

You must NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original, unmodified source code files with third parties.
• Upload or publish the original product files on GitHub, forums, torrent sites, or any public platform.
• Claim authorship or original creation of an unmodified product purchased from Nkods.
• Use any product to build tools designed to harm, harass, or deceive others.
• Use our platform to distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms not included in the product's source code.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, download, or access product files beyond what you are licensed to use.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights in connection with your use of the products.

Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
• Revocation of access to purchased products.
• Legal action where applicable under Indian and international law.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy — including unauthorised redistribution of our products — please report it to us immediately via our contact page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of Nkods after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
